The bill (Reg. No. 2942) establishes administrative responsibility for violation of established by the law terms required to take the decision on issuance, denial of a license or its copy, or reissuance of a license by licensing officials.

The bill suggests increase penalty amount. The respective amendments are to be made to part one of article 166-12 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.

Committee members believe that adoption of the bill will promote adherence to licensing procedure determined by current legislation by licensing officials.
